Preaching and Teaching

The church worship services are at 11 AM and 7 PM each Sunday.  The services usually include a Bible based message by one of the pastors as well as congregational singing and testimonies.  On Wednesday at 7 PM there is a meeting for Bible discussion,  missionary information and prayer.

Grace Christian School
A private Christian School was founded in 1972 with kindergarten.  It is now offers a K-12 program in three combination elementary classrooms for children from K-5 and a Learning  Center for students in grade 6-12.  We presently have 5 full time teachers and 2 part time staff members plus volunteers who work with 65 students.  We have 71 graduates.  Our school serves many Christian families in our community.  Mr. David Wishart is the principal.

Campus Bible Fellowship
In 1979 we purchased a single family home at 1232 Highland Avenue adjacent to the campus of Minnesota State University at Mankato.  The house provides a kitchen and lounge for weekly Bible studies where students can relax, study, and develop relationships.  Rick and Delana Powers and their 4 daughters live in the  upper levels of the house and they are both involved in befriending students and supporting them in making good decisions while at the University.  The lounge is also used by the Chinese Bible Study group; they have weekly discussions in the Mandarin language.  Rick Powers can be reached at 345 4862 or [email protected].

Awana Clubs
During the school year children are welcome to participate in the  Awana Club program. There are approximately 32 club meetings for children from age 4 - grade 6. The meetings are scheduled at 6:30 PM on Wednesday between September and April.  More information can be obtained from the church office.

Growing Kids God's Way
Parents may get involved in a study group called "Growing Kids God's Way" which is periodically offered usually on Wednesday evenings to coincide with the Awana program.

Missionary Outreach
We regularly support missionary families in Europe, Africa, Asia, North and South America.  These teams work through various Baptist  Missionary Agencies to help in evangelism, church planting and medical ministry.  We presently help support 15 family teams and encourage our members to explore short term missionary opportunities.

Media Ministries
Each week our church program "I Believe In Miracles" is produced and aired on KEYC- TV at 10 AM on Sunday.  This gospel telecast was started in February of 1961 and is in the 39th year of presenting a music and message format to plant the seed of God's Word in the homes throughout Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa.  The program is supported by the church and assisted through contributions from churches of like faith and order throughout the viewing area.  The program is also released on CCTV (ch 13) on the Mankato cable system as well as three other cable systems in the area, St. James, New Ulm and St. Peter.

Dial-a-meditation is a 24 hour a day service that offers a one minute message to persons who dial 345 3111.
